Newly admitted students of Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic (AAPOLY), Ijebu-Igbo should begin preparing their documents ahead of their documentation and registration.
Many freshers and parents may become confused about the documents required during the documentation process. To help students prepare early and avoid unnecessary delays, below is a list of documents freshers should have available for their documentation and registration.
AAPOLY FRESHERS DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR DOCUMENTATION
1. ND Application Form Receipt
Bring the receipt issued after payment for your ND application form.
2. ND Application Form
Your completed ND application form should be printed and kept safely.
3. O' Level Result Used for Admission
Bring the O' Level result used for your admission process.
4. Acceptance Fee Receipt
The receipt showing payment of your acceptance fee should be presented.
5. Polytechnic Admission Letter
Print and bring your Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic admission letter.
6. JAMB Admission Letter
Your JAMB admission letter should also be printed and presented during documentation.
7. Verification & Biodata Receipt
Bring the receipt showing payment for verification and biodata processing.
8. School Fees Receipt
Students should provide evidence of payment of their school fees.
9. Verification of Credentials Form
The Verification of Credentials Form should be duly completed and signed as required.
10. National Population Commission Birth Certificate
Bring your birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission (NPC).
11. Polytechnic Medical Certificate of Fitness
Freshers should obtain and provide the required Polytechnic Medical Certificate of Fitness.
12. Certificate of State of Origin
Bring your Certificate of State of Origin as required for the documentation process.
13. Ogun State Tax Clearance Certificate
The Ogun State Tax Clearance Certificate should be duly signed and stamped.
14. Reference Letter
Bring a reference letter from a reputable person as required.
15. Student Biodata Form
Your completed Student Biodata Form should be available for documentation.
16. Registration Form
Bring the required registration form, duly completed where applicable.
17. Course Registration Form
Students should have their Course Registration Form ready for the registration process.
18. Anti-Cultism Form
Freshers should complete and provide the required Anti-Cultism Form.
19. Matriculation Oath Form
The Matriculation Oath Form should also be completed as required.
20. SUG Receipt
Bring evidence of payment of the Students' Union Government (SUG) fee.
21. Departmental Fee
Students should keep evidence of payment of the applicable departmental fee.
22. Departmental Dues
Freshers should also prepare for payment and documentation of their departmental dues.

IMPORTANT ADVICE TO AAPOLY FRESHERS
Do not wait until the day of documentation before you start gathering your documents.
Get your documents ready and arrange them properly in a file so you can easily present them when requested. It is also advisable to make extra photocopies of important documents.
Freshers should carefully check that the information on their documents is correct and consistent, especially their name, date of birth, JAMB details and O' Level information.
If you notice any discrepancy in your documents, seek clarification from the appropriate office before submitting them for documentation.
