Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic (AAPOLY), Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, has officially resumed for the 2026/2027 academic session, with fresh ND I and HND I students directed to commence their registration immediately.
The Polytechnic announced the resumption in a notice dated Monday, September 28, 2026, signed by the Admission Officer on behalf of the management.
According to the notice, all newly admitted students are expected to follow the approved registration procedures to complete their admission and enrolment for the new academic session.
AAPOLY Registration Steps for Fresh Students
The Polytechnic directed fresh students to complete the following steps:
1. Pay Acceptance and Other Required Fees
Fresh students are expected to pay their acceptance fee and other necessary fees as required by the Polytechnic.
2. Print JAMB Admission Letter
Students should log into their JAMB portal and print their admission letters.
3. Download Verification of Credentials Form
After printing the JAMB admission letter, students are required to visit the AAPOLY student portal.
Students should click on “Dashboard”, proceed to “Printable Forms” and download the Verification of Credentials Form.
4. Proceed to the Admissions Unit
Students are then expected to proceed to the Admissions Unit for verification of their credentials and signing of the Verification of Credentials Form.
5. Complete Required Signatures
Fresh students are required to complete the signing of the registration form at the various designated offices.
6. Visit the School Office
After completing the required verification and signatures, students should proceed to the School Office for the issuance of their registration package.
7. Submit Registration Documents
Students are expected to complete their registration files and submit them alongside the necessary supporting documents.
8. Register Courses Online
After completing the required physical registration processes, students should proceed to the Students' Portal to register their courses.
9. Print Course Form and Examination Pass
Students are required to print their Course Form and Examination Pass after completing course registration.
AAPOLY Warns Students Not to Delay Registration
The Polytechnic emphasised that registration is time-bound and urged all fresh students to complete the process before the registration portal closes.
Newly admitted ND I and HND I students are therefore advised to begin their registration without unnecessary delay and follow the official procedures provided by the institution.
Students should also keep their registration documents and payment evidence safely throughout the process.
