JAMB Announces Special Customer Service Session
In its announcement, JAMB said staff would be available at its offices and selected outstations to engage directly with candidates and address their concerns.
The board explained that the initiative was designed to create more opportunities for communication between candidates and its staff.
“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly,” the board stated.
The exercise is expected to provide candidates with an avenue to seek clarification on issues relating to JAMB services.
What Candidates Can Do During the Exercise
Candidates who visit participating JAMB offices may use the opportunity to make enquiries, seek guidance and explain concerns relating to the board’s services.
JAMB encouraged candidates to clearly explain their questions or complaints to enable staff to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
The board also reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery and strengthening communication with candidates.
“As we mark Customer Service Week, we’re reaffirming a simple commitment: to listen, respond and keep working towards a better service experience for the people we serve,” JAMB said.

Advice to JAMB Candidates
The special customer service exercise presents an opportunity for candidates who need clarification or assistance with JAMB-related matters to engage directly with the board’s staff.
Candidates should prepare the details of their enquiries and bring any relevant documents or registration information needed to explain their concerns.
However, candidates should not assume that every issue will be resolved immediately during the exercise. Those with complicated cases may require further review or additional steps.
