Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic (AAPOLY), Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, has announced the final clearance fees for ND and HND graduating students across several academic sessions ahead of the collection of Notification of Results, Statements of Results and Certificates.
The Polytechnic made this known in a notice issued by the Bursary Department on October 2, 2026, titled “Notice on the Final Clearance for ND & HND Graduating Students of the 2025/2026 Academic Session.”
According to the notice, the approved clearance fees apply to graduands from the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic sessions.
AAPOLY Final Clearance Fees for ND Graduands
The approved fees for National Diploma (ND) graduands are as follows:
- Clearance – N7,500
- Statement of Result – N10,000
- Certificate – N22,500
- I.T. Letter/NYSC Mobilisation – N2,500
- Aluminium – N5,000
- Convocation – N17,500
Total: N65,000
AAPOLY Final Clearance Fees for HND Graduands
For Higher National Diploma (HND) graduands, the approved fees are:
- Clearance – N10,000
- Statement of Result – N12,000
- Certificate – N25,000
- I.T. Letter/NYSC Mobilisation – N3,000
- Aluminium – N5,000
- Convocation – N20,000
Total: N75,000
AAPOLY Approves Initial Payment for Convocation Gowns
Management has also approved a temporary payment arrangement for graduands who need to collect their convocation gowns ahead of the ceremony.
Under the arrangement, ND graduands may pay N25,000, while HND graduands may pay N30,000 as the initial Clearance/Convocation fee for the purpose of collecting their convocation gowns.
The Polytechnic stated that other sundry fees required for processing and collecting Statements of Results and Certificates may be paid after the convocation ceremony.
How to Make the Payment
All graduating students are advised to visit the Polytechnic's payment portal:
payment.aapolyportal.com.ng
After making the required payment, graduands are expected to proceed to the Directorate of Students' Affairs with evidence of payment to collect their convocation gowns.
AAPOLY Sets October 22 Deadline for Gown Return
The Polytechnic stated that collection of convocation gowns will be strictly based on the presentation of a valid payment receipt.
Graduands are required to return the gowns on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026.
According to the notice, failure to return the gown by the deadline will attract a N20,000 penalty fee.

The Polytechnic congratulated all graduands and urged them to take note of the approved fees, payment arrangements and gown-return deadline as they complete the final stages of their graduation process.
