 The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a procedure for candidates who have lost access to the phone numbers or email addresses linked to their JAMB profiles.

After obtaining the affidavit, log into your JAMB e-Facility account through the official JAMB platform.

3. Select “Penalties”

From the e-Facility dashboard, locate and select the “Penalties” option.

4. Select SIM Swap/Email Change

Under the Penalties section, choose “SIM Swap/Email Change Penalty Payment.”

5. Make The Required Payment

Proceed to make the prescribed payment through the JAMB portal.

6. Visit A Designated JAMB Centre

After making the payment, the candidate must visit a designated JAMB office to complete the process.

JAMB stated that the service is available only at designated JAMB PTC/PRC Centres.

7. Provide Your Profile Details

At the centre, the candidate will be required to provide their profile code and existing GSM number.

8. Complete Biometric Verification

The candidate will undergo biometric verification as part of the process.

9. Upload The Court Affidavit

A scanned copy of the court affidavit obtained earlier must also be uploaded to complete the request.
