At Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic (AAPOLY), Ijebu-Igbo, students are required to complete an important step after matriculation and the payment of school fees known as submission of files. This process is part of the school’s registration and record-keeping system, ensuring that every student’s details and academic credentials are properly documented.
After matriculation, the Polytechnic issues each student three (3) official files. Out of these, two files must be submitted to the appropriate offices, while the third file is kept by the student for personal records. The two files to be submitted should contain photocopies of required documents, neatly arranged in the order specified by the school.
