AAPOLY Introduces Mandatory Online School Fees Payment Portal

The management of Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic (AAPOLY) has officially announced the commencement of a mandatory online school fees payment system for all students. This initiative is aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and proper documentation of all financial transactions within the institution.

Mandatory Use of the Online Payment Portal

All AAPOLY students are now required to make all school-related payments exclusively through the official online payment portal. Payments made through banks or other unofficial channels will no longer be accepted.

The online payment portal supports several categories of fees, including but not limited to:

Administrative Charges (ND I & HND I Students)

Administrative Charges for Mass Communication (ND I & HND I)

Administrative Charges (ND II & HND II Students)

Attestation Fee

Change of Institution Fee

Clearance Fee for HND Graduating Students

Payment Guidelines for Students

To successfully complete a payment, students are advised to follow these steps:

Log in using your Matriculation Number or Email Address as the username.

Use your surname as the default password.

Select the appropriate fee item(s) you wish to pay.

Choose a preferred payment method such as Card, Bank Transfer, or USSD.

Complete the payment process and download or save your e-Receipt immediately. This e-Receipt serves as the only valid proof of payment.

Important Notice to All Students

With effect from Monday, 19th January 2026, bank transaction receipts will no longer be accepted at the Bursary Department. Only payments processed through the official AAPOLY online payment portal and supported with a valid e-Receipt will be recognized.

Students are strongly advised to comply strictly with this directive to avoid delays, payment rejection, or administrative complications. The institution encourages all students to familiarize themselves with the portal and complete their payments promptly.
